The Water Tower Place parking facility is accessible from Chestnut Street, offering direct indoor access to the shopping center 24 hours a day.
Current parking rates are as follows:
- 1/2 hour or less - $13.00
- 1 hour or less - $19.00
- 2 hours or less - $23.00
- 3 hours or less - $27.00
- Over 3 hours to 10 hours - $28.00
- Over 10 hours to 24 hours - $38.00
Parking Specials at Water Tower Place: Early Bird Parking - $14.00
Monday - Friday; in between 5:00am & 9:30 am – out by 7:00 pm
Evening Shopper Validation - $11.00
Enter the parking facility after 5:00 pm and receive 5 hours of parking or less, with a minimum purchase of $10.00 or more. Validation tickets are required, available at Concierge Desk
