- $23.00 for 1 hour or less
- $28.00 for 1 - 2 hours
- $33.00 for 2 - 3 hours
- $38.00 for 3 - 10 hours
- $50.00 for 10 - 24 hours

$18.00 Early Bird Special (Weekdays Only). Enter on weekdays between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM, exit by 7:00 PM.

$12.00 Evening Validation (Please Visit Parking Garage Office on Level 1B of Parking Garage for Validation). Enter garage after 5:00 PM and pay only $12.00 for up to 5 hours of parking with validation. $10.00 minimum purchase required.

Electric vehicle charging stations are located on Level 1B and Level 2B of the parking garage.

The Water Tower Place Parking Garage does not discount American Girl Place parking.

The maximum vehicle height for the Water Tower Place parking garage is 6' 7".
